This has to be one of the worst banks I have ever been to. The ATMs never work, both inside and outside. How does your equipment break down every week? I have encountered rude staff at this location as well. I have to drive out of my way to a different location just to ensure that I can use a working ATM.

I’ve been doing business with this location for over 2 years. I have a lot of respect for the staff because they always service the customers with a smile under the most stressful situations. They tellers are always short staffed but I can’t blame them this is everywhere you go now not enough staff. So everyone should show a bit more patience because even where you make work you’re under staffed as well. I go in with the mind set it may take a while so I’m mentally ready for any slow down although I hope for the best…and usually I’m in and out the staff knows who I am due to low turnover.low turnover is a sign of good management. Hopefully you’ll be able to find good help and add more tellers if corporate allows. 5 stars ⭐️ for coming in and doing your best considering the circumstances.

If I could give zero stars I would this location is the worst the lady that works here is rude and says that they can't answer the phone because there's only three of them I've been calling all day and then would not help me so I need to make an appointment how could you make an appointment if they don't answer their phones

This bank always has long lines waiting for a teller and their ATM machines are always broken! I will probably close all my accounts soon including my business account because of the stress i get every time i go to this bank!

Too bad this place can't seem to be managed well at all. It seems they make moves completely contrary to what customers want. They used to have the coin counting machine. This sevice was in place and they chose to take it out. The drive thru was originally built with 3 teller lanes. When the pandemic restricted business to "drive thru only" , they permanently closed the third lane. ????????? Exactly when the third lane would have been put to great use, nope, close it. Now, for whatever reason, they can't seem to have more than one teller working. The lobby is nice and crowded more than usual because with only one teller, the drive thru is closed. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because most of the workers are very nice, but I'm there for business, not "nice". Not interested in nice with poor service.

I stopped by to open a new account with PNC but customer service was very rude and told me I need to make appointment or I have to wait longer which is no one in waiting area, I was like no thanks changed my mind ??

Super slow and rude bank tellers. Avoid coming to this location. They need training on how to customer service works. Outdated ATM machine and only one bank loan officer who is rude and does not have time to speak with you.
