DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OF AFRICAN AMERICAN DESCENT!
These people are very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I came here with my grandmother while she was getting a pedicure done. Upon walking in she asked to get an overlay on her nails and a pedicure. The man that did her pedicure cut her toenails so low that her skin/meat was showing and she expressed this to him. She asked him could he do something about that such as putting acrylic over it because it was cut down way too low. Another guy jumped in and proceeded to say we’re always complaining and started talking in a very loud tone. Another African American lady was getting her toes done next to us and was asking questions and the lady ignored her about 3 times and then proceeded to tell her to get up and go. If you ask me, they are very racist and unprofessional. This is just 1/4 of the story but save your TIME and MONEY. You have to constantly tell them how you want your stuff done. They put their dirty utensils they use on people on the bare ground and throw dirty gloves around. They don’t clean cuticles and catch attitudes when you ask them to. DONT COME HERE

I love this nail spa! It’s clean, friendly, convenient, and accommodating. They have so many colors and styles to choose from. Prices are fair too. I highly recommend this place!

I used to like this place. So me and my gf came in for a pedicure. We were rushed through it, even though it was not busy. I asked for the razor to be used on my feet and the guy with all the tattoos on his legs completely ignored me. The water was so hot, it burned mine and my gf feet, and when we brought it up how hot the water was, the guy with all the legs tattoos and the older lady with glasses just laughed. Then they both cut us and caused us both to bleed. The literally massaged us for 30 seconds. The last straw was put this very hot towel on me and burning me again, I do understand the towel is supposed to be warm, but not burning hot.

I’ve been going here for two years and I can happily say they never disappoint. Rachel always does the best job on my nails, and Abby gives the best pedicures- even then in my opinion- everybody here is pretty good at what they do.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean and updated salon, pedicure bowls are always cleaned after each pedicure.
Stylist: Rachel is always so sweet, I feel at home when I’m in her chair.

I had my manicure done by Frank FOR THE SECOND TIME and it was completely a bad experience. He didn't clean my nails underneath, he didn't clean well my cuticles and on top of that HE CUT ME! He was very agresive cleaning my nails. He didn't know how to measure his straight. He is working with ? my god! He doesn't need to be agressive! I was so upset I didnt whant anything done on my nails anymore so I told his "just clear" I didn't get the color I wanted. When it's time to pay they wanted to charge me $35 like nothing happened. I asked for a discount and they just did $5 dollar discount... are you kidding me? The name of this place is "PRO" A pro wouldn't do this kind of job to your nails! I paid $30 for something ridiculouse. I have to go somewhere else now and pay around $30 dollars for a manicure AGAIN! It's stupid. I'm not coming back for this again.

So me and my mom came for pedicures. We did the lavender service which was 40.00 with regular polish. The massage and the heated towels is amazing. The guys were on lunch so we waited soaking our feet. Overall I am very happy with my service. If your feet are sore I definitely recommend the lavender pedicure treatment. FYI I did the French tip gel so it was an extra 15 but it's fine because that is what I prefer to get.

Worst service ever by a nail place. I went with my mom here & we were told to sit in the chairs after we picked our colors. My mom was serviced right away. 15 minutes later waiting in spa water that doesn't have the motor going & isn't hot (thankfully I took my feet out after 5 minutes), I decided on not getting my pedicure after 2 people walked in were getting serviced when the lady (who is friendly & always nice) said to the guy, that he needed to work on me instead & he laughed. I stood up walked out of the area where all of a sudden I was a special customer. I said forget it! Never doing business here ever again, there's plenty of other nail salons in the area to patronize. The men that work there really need to get their attitudes in check if they want to continue having a business. I know I'm not the first person to have this issue here by looking at the reviews & sadly probably not the last. If you want to be ignored & disrespected, come here for your beauty needs.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!
Yes, they did expand and remodeled the place but the service they provide and the materials they use are garbage.
I stopped coming here but after one year I decided to give them another chance.
The last two times I came to get a pedi, they didn’t clean my nails properly.
Both times they had to put 4 layers of no chip paint and the color was still very light.
Save your money and go somewhere else.
