Dirty and dusty store, a lot of items are out of stock, everything is over priced, out of date vitamins, rude and incompetent staff. This is the type of store that makes you miss self checkout while you're standing in line with 10 other people waiting for the slow cashier as other employees are standing around talking.

Today call Walgreens they pick up call put it on hold for times. I drive there driver minutes away. Four pharmacist standing around talking. They heavier one with dark hair total bitch. One person other than the manager of pharmacy is nice the other ones terrible. Dark haired one time me at I stand there my script would be ready at one at the time it was 930. I asked if I should wait as a joke she just walked away. Taking my business elsewhere. This Walgreens is horrible.

Worst customer service ever! Cashier is more worried about shopping on the cloaca than taking good care of customers,not even a hello! Yuck!

I'm new to the area went to get my prescriptions filled, Gave my id card was informed information Needed was not on card, Called insurance carrierThree time due to each time something else was needed I was given a number for pharmacy To call was informed by staff member they have there own way of verifying, too make a long story shortInsurance Company has contract with walgreens.Well I paid the 90.00 due to I was in need of reliefI'm in walking distance, They will never get another Penny from me, What harm would it had been toCall the number I was given for them to verify coverage.

This is our go-to Walgreens in Burbank and the Pharmacy is especially helpful, in spite of being busier than ever, Staff always eager to go beyond. I get that some have a bad experience, however, working with the public can be challenging and more. Keep up the good working environment!

There are no games at this location but they do have all the newest movie. This Redbox isn't frequented often so I've never had a problem getting movies from here. This one doesn't like to accept return movies thought so I usually have to go somewhere else to return
