I don't understand what the rave is always all about this place, I went there all the girls 5 girls were talking all around the register as for where the product i wanted was and they pointed and they just pointed me to the product didn't never asked me if i needed help or anything not a good experience

I was waiting for the cashier to go in the back and grab the perfumes I wanted. Instead of helping me first because I was there first she was helping everyone after me. When I asked her if she could help me because I was here first, she said “that’s too bad I’m by myself” her name is Aniya and she has very bad customer service and very rude. Honestly it was my first time but it will be my last time.

After many expensive make-up trials, I decided to do my own make up for my special event. I went into Sephora at Burbank and the assistance I received was nothing short of amazing. All the staff is great, but the only name I remember is Jaz. Thank you for all your help!

After years (embarrassing) of having the wrong color foundation I decided to go and see if I could get matched. Y'all, Leslie definitely did THAT. Im so excited! Everyone was so kind and patient. Will be coming back in the future. If you're looking for a specific Sephora, sis this is IT.

I walked into Sephora and I already had a list of items I was looking for because a girl needs to stay focused. Both Alicia and Geraldine asked if I needed assistance and were very patient with me in searching items that I needed for both skin care and makeup.
