Very sweet girl Their she helps me so much. She’s very nice every time I’m there. She spends time with the customers and helps them out the middle eastern girl so sweet.

This is the worse UPS I have ever gone to!! The little girl working behind the counter told me I could not use the same plastic bag my items were shipped in and when I asked her why not, she stated, because those are the rules. I told her she had a nasty attitude and it will not get her far in life. I will NEVER go back to this location and I have told others not to go here! Very rude and disrespectful! Customer Service keeps the doors open!

Very bad service!
According to the employees’ Carlos Maxwell (the owner) is the only person with access to the printing email. If he is not in the store customers have to use a “public computer” to pull documents to be printed. Also, according to the employees Carlos is the only notary, if he is not in the store then the service is unavailable.
In other words the store functions only when “the owner” is there.
