This location used to be my favorite store for years and would always stop by because of the helpful workers. The girls that were there would be really welcoming, helpful, bilingual and would help me with the packages from my car. Now there is a male worker that is not welcoming at all. It is not the same experience sending my packages. I would always recomend this store because of the helpful girls but looks like they are not there anymore. Will need to check if they switched location or try the UPS on ridgeland instead.

This location has workers that every storefront would like to have. They are so helpful and make things go so easy every time I go. They are bilingual and some of the best workers I have encountered. Would really like to have them work for my storefront at a really good pay. Jenifeer, Noemi, Eric, and Frankie are the reason customers come back to this store. I wouldn't be shipping UPS if it wasn't for them.

Called for the last 30 minutes with no response. Walked in and the girl sitting there is on her cell phone. When I ask if the phones work she said the owners have decided to let the phones stay off meaning they don’t want to take calls so they make you walk in and waste your time. They don’t offer flat shipping rates and that’s all I wanted to ask instead I had to drive there for nothing. Since you’re independently owned your lack of business skills show.

This UPS store requires you to use their public computer to print documents. I will never log in to a public computer, leaving my login information.

Made an appointment to have something notarized and when I get there they told me they didn't have to honor my appointment time because the guy wasn't there. My wife had to leave work for an hour to make the appointment because they don't offer appointments after 5. This was a really big inconvenience and left us scrambling to find something else last minute. We scheduled the appointment days in advance so if the guy wasn't going to be there they had plenty time to reach out to reschedule.

Says online and in sore front signage that they offer notary, each time I have requested notary service, there isn't one. In addition, they will not print shipping labels either. And the tone and attitude use of informing of these inconveniences is completely unprofessional. Please do better. Customer service is challenging, but can be made easier with a bit of empathy.

They would not print a shipping label for me. I was told I can use their computers to print what I needed and that it would be $3.75 per minute. I went to the ups store on Ridgeland and they charged me $1 per shipping label. If you’re going to visit this store just bring a label.

I usually go to the UPS Store in Chicago Ridge, but figured I would give this store a try since it is closer to my office. Service was terrible!! I should of known when I walked in, there was a poor lady that looked so frustrated and the young kid at the cash register was not helpful at all so she walked out very upset. When my turn came I gave the young girl my phone number thinking that they had my information stored since I mail from UPS often and they didn't. So With an attitude she said we don't have your information so you need to give that to me and I did. she was very rude and since I always mail letters I know I have to buy an envelope and the guys usually tell me that I will have to buy one and I agree and they have it ready for me. This girl stood there and said its an additional cost and you have to get one from over there, and she just pointed didn't even bother to get out and help me find the envelop. Price was a bit more than what I normally pay. Needles to say I won't be going back to that store and stick to my regular location. You definitely need to hire some polite helpful people.

Worst UPS store. The manager or owner Carlos is no help at all when all of the kids that work for him they don’t know how to handle international shipments. Please save your money and go to somewhere else.
