Tom has been my agent close to 40 years ! There is no one that is more professional, honest and caring. You really learn how important it is to have State Farm on your side when disaster strikes. They are simply the best ! And Tom ( and his entire staff) will go above and beyond to support you when needed. We couldn't be happier !

Just switch from a different agent that was lazy and unprofessional to this location and i come to find the same treatment, definitely Tom is rude and unprofessional.. They can not acknowledge their mistakes and think him and his staff are 100% perfect and they are Not. Its sad that there's no professional agents around burbank..

Since we been with them over 35 years and it been change attitude and more controlling to our family. We feel more uncomfortable with agent Tom's staffs in past 3 years We feel that they are not being honestly service as well. They just like " milking" us for no reasons. They wants making more profitable and greedy. I found other insurance and it same as what we had now. We save 400 bucks and I don't see where or why they wants to sucking our money since we are very clean records. I have been talking other customers who been with them. They are same page as we had go thought. We send email to them that we are no longer with them and guess what? They replied me " Ok" in one word!!!!! No respect to write a formality letter then I blunted them. All u said to me. Then they write in a nice way to saying. I don't appreciate what they told me " Ok" after we been with them for years. You called it family agent?
