My old favorite store. Some of employees are very friendly and very helpful. Vegetables and fruits are great quality. In general Tony's have outstanding employees but burbank store is just 1#. I change my 5 star rating and I don't go here that much anymore. Their pricing is aggravating. Some sale items ring up at the right price othete not until after you pay. So you don't know if it rang up at the right price. To confusing. I've been going to food for less and aldi. Sorry Tony's. Also for the first time I had to deal with a sarcastic employee and the guy on the front lanes was eating lunch while working. Disappointed in my one time favorite store. The guy In front lanes was still friendly and helpful.

I won’t shop here again. Yesterday, at about 6pm I stood in line at the self checkout and another customer was allowed to cut me in line. When I brought it to the attention of the self checkout clerk, I was ignored. When I informed the front end manager, ignored as well. I refused to purchase any merchandise after the horrible experience.

Puerto Rican rice was delicious, my family always bought it here. Oh but the new recipe is horrible. Bring back the original cook or recipe to the Puerto Rican rice.

My mom and I recently visited this Tony’s and the cashier, gabby was so unprofessional. My mom asked about a sale item and she pointed to the price on the register with an attitude. As she was bagging our groceries, she aggressively threw them towards us instead of handing the bags to us, we felt so disrespected. Then she stopped in the middle of bagging and turned to talk to her coworker about something !!! A manager noticed as she walked by and called her name TWICE for her to pay attention and continue to bag our things. Just unprofessional.

I am very disappointed. I do understand that they were closing. I did need to grab Four things I was on time trying to get to the register. I have a service dog. The guy who is the manager gave me an attitude inside really you’re in here we’re closing and you have a dog dog. I said he is a service dog and I went to pull out his card. He’s like you have five minutes. I understand it’s important to close on time. I completely understand long hours. I work now but for that disrespect, I am so disappointed. I never experienced stuff like that at the other location. I feel very disrespected. They have a service dog policy, most places due for service animals. I even have proof that he has a service animal. I want to prove he has a service animal. I added a picture of the service tag. i’m just very disappointed that used to be my favorite store to shop and I will go to Different Tony’s

This tonnys on 77 Cicero is the worst customer service ever cause wen u walk in there's always the new sale products by the entry. so I saw Arizonas on sale well the flavor I wanted was on the bottom off all the arizonas then I ask a worker can u plz bring me a case or 2 off the Arizona on sale the original flavor then he said not sure if we have any not sure who to ask ok I said to my self I worked for tonnys over 4 years & no matter what u doing or not is always customer first not at this store. so I ask different worker said the same so I said ok all ask in front so wen I was paying my groceries I ask the cashier & then the manager came by & the cashier ask the manager tell me y she ignore the cashier & ignore me then walk away like I was invisible like really that's customer service from a manager. never going back workers can't do their job. The cashier apologized. I said it's not your fault your doing your job. So out of all 5 employees and manger no one can even stop to see what can be done.
