“After finding the car I was after online, I called Driven Auto Sales and spoke to Ibrahim. From the get go he was super helpful, patient and informative throughout the process. I knew the BMW iX I was calling about was priced very well, but since I live in California I really needed to get an inspection completed on it even though it only had 11k miles. The inspection took longer than expected to complete, but Ibrahim was helpful throughout the process and I worked with him to hold the vehicle. With the inspection completed I worked with Ibrahim to complete all the paperwork. He was incredibly patient with me answering the many questions I had given that this was my first time purchasing a car without seeing it in person. Ibrahim then helped get the car shipped to me (took about 10 days) and was there to answer any questions I had while it was in transit. Huge thanks to Ibrahim for getting me into my new car!The only piece that didn’t go as smoothly was after the transaction was complete and getting the title paperwork. In CA, you have 20 days from when the car enters the state to get it registered but I didn’t get the title until day 15 (which was 25 days after the purchase given the 10 days it took getting shipped) and almost incurred significant late fees for not registering on time. If you’re not buying in person, you may want to be extra diligent in following up and making sure their back office sends the necessary paperwork. -1 star for the unnecessary stress this caused.Overall, though, working with Driven Auto Sales and especially Ibrahim was a wonderful experience and I’m very happy with how everything ended up turning out.”
