This store is a horrible place of business. I was treated very badly by the young manager there Friday evening. Just because I said he didn't know what he was talking about. My phone wasn't working. It wasn't letting me get or receive calls. He said I needed to leave and got a short little security guard to chase me, a 65 year old disabled woman out the door. Real nice customer service. I should switch carriers.

Review: I recently had a very disappointing customer service experience at this Verizon Wireless store, where I encountered two associates named Alex and Erick. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not their priority. Both employees glanced at me but continued sitting down, engrossed in their tablets. It took a few seconds for a third employee, a female, to finally approach me and ask how she could assist. When I expressed my interest in upgrading my phone, the female employee nervously asked Alex if he would like to help us. To my dismay, he immediately rolled his eyes and rudely replied with a firm "NO." She then turned to Erick and asked if he would be willing to assist, to which he nonchalantly responded, "I guess." It was clear that neither of them were enthusiastic about helping me, and their attitude was reflected in their unhelpful and condescending demeanor. Throughout the interaction, Erick's responses were curt and dismissive, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. It became apparent that their lack of interest in providing quality customer service was affecting my ability to upgrade my phone. After enduring approximately five minutes of this poor treatment, I made the decision to leave the store. Overall, my experience at the Verizon Wireless store with associates Alex and Erick was extremely disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, indifference, and condescending behavior made it clear that they were not interested in assisting customers. As a result, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative locations when seeking Verizon products and services.

This old lady with long curly hair who work at 7854 S. Cicero Ave. Burbank IL location had a very very very nasty attitude with me, and I think I am not the only person who was bad treatment by her, there is people outside who really want to work and need a job, and this lady doesn't know how to talk to customers, don't know how to please customers and earn her money. Disgusting attitude.

Been a Verizon customer for years and this location has the absolute worst customer service you can imagine. Full staff of people working, at least 5 I saw plus a security guard and only 1 customer in the business and they tell me it will be a 10 minute wait. I had a billing issue and they couldn't be more rude and unhelpful. Then they have a manager come over (Viviana) who was even more rude and ignorant. She didn't want to help me so I went to the Hodgkins location and they solved everything. What a difference in staff, they care in Hodgkins about customers unlike the Burbank location.

How many times do I have to come here and get worst customer service. I called and wanted to return my trade in phone rather than mailed it in. Their response was no we can't do it. I get better service at Best Buy rather than here. I been coming here for 15 years and safe to say I will never come back again.

Pieces of s**t ignorant people that work there! No help what so ever! More concerned about my mask being on my nose then with the issue I am having with my 10 month old phone! Garbage customer service! No matter who you talk to there! Wouldn't recommend it! Unless you like getting pissed off and need more stress in life. Horrible place! Horrible people!

Just left this facility and I am very HAPPY! I have been made whole again!! "Eric the Manager" was truly awesome. He got me in and out in less than 20 mins. I explained my issue--he knew EXACTLY what to do. He did not make me wait for another "Associate/Technician" as they were all busy helping other customers, he took care of me himself. It's nice to know that competence and fast service can exist in the same place. This is perhaps one of the BEST Verizon Stores on the southside. Thank you, "Eric the Manager" and staff for really good service.

The employees here are very rude and dismissive. There were approximately 6 workers and 2 customers in store and we still needed to wait 35minutes to be seen by a representative before they let us know they were out of stock for iPhone SIM cards. Out of stock on the phone the sell the most! That's unacceptable and the wait before they let us know they were out of stock is insulting.

the location staff is okay but the verizon prices are just high. I regret changing carriers, they give you a price but then raise prices and say the quote was not including tax. Service is okay, not too great, that is why I don't think the prices are fair. Just waiting on my contract to end to switch cause I was not impressed

I swear I hate this Verizon store! I Always get the run around and the employees are always rude! If you want to go to a Verizon store that will take care of you, go to the one on cermak and Harlem!!

The customer service I received in this store was horrible and there were only two customers in the entire store. I went in to get a new phone for my son, whose phone was completely dead. I had previously called Verizon Customer Service who informed that it was a great time that they could do an early upgrade on the phone (contract expires 13 Dec 15) and no device trade-in would be required. Well when I went into this location I was told the complete opposite and told be the only they could do this if I trade in a working phone which they already knew the phone was dead. I explained that I spoke to Customer Service and I am doing what they advised and Pedro still didn't care and said there was nothing they could do. I went home called Verizon Customer Service was told the notes posted to my account reflected an "early upgrade - no device trade-in required". They were able to do it over the phone and we will have the phone by Tuesday. I would not recommend this store to anyone, I have been a Verizon customer for 20 plus years and this is kind of service they provide in the stores is horrible.
