Sad honestly, I have never had a problem with any of the pharmacy techs until Michelle. She won’t talk to your face and instead goes through her co-workers. Completely rude in my opinion. She always has an attitude with me every time I have a script to pick up. Shame on Walgreens for hiring her honestly. When you walk into places like these you expect to be welcomed into a friendly environment, not someone who is an instant mood killer.

Very bad attitude at the drive through window. I don't know if it's just me but it happened to me several times where in the end I never get the right amount of medication plus other issues. Also when dealing with people working in a medical or medicine field you expect to see some professionalism to reflect some respect to humanity and to their career.

The rudest employee answered my call on 9-13-22 at 8:05 pm. and instantly transferred me to pharmacy so that she wouldn't have to help me. I was only calling for the address. If you don't want to assist callers, you shouldn't answer the phone!!! Walgreens, your employee's need to do better!

Dirty and dusty store, a lot of items are out of stock, everything is over priced, out of date vitamins, rude and incompetent staff. This is the type of store that makes you miss self checkout while you're standing in line with 10 other people waiting for the slow cashier as other employees are standing around talking.

Today call Walgreens they pick up call put it on hold for times. I drive there driver minutes away. Four pharmacist standing around talking. They heavier one with dark hair total bitch. One person other than the manager of pharmacy is nice the other ones terrible. Dark haired one time me at I stand there my script would be ready at one at the time it was 930. I asked if I should wait as a joke she just walked away. Taking my business elsewhere. This Walgreens is horrible.

The cashier wasn’t friendly at all his name is Khaleel. When the customer after me went up to him he was friendly to them. He has to be friendly towards everyone. I didn’t like the way he was looking at me either.

I'm new to the area went to get my prescriptions filled, Gave my id card was informed information Needed was not on card, Called insurance carrier Three time due to each time something else was needed I was given a number for pharmacy To call was informed by staff member they have there own way of verifying, too make a long story short Insurance Company has contract with walgreens. Well I paid the 90.00 due to I was in need of relief I'm in walking distance, They will never get another Penny from me, What harm would it had been to Call the number I was given for them to verify coverage.

This is our go-to Walgreens in Burbank and the Pharmacy is especially helpful, in spite of being busier than ever, Staff always eager to go beyond. I get that some have a bad experience, however, working with the public can be challenging and more. Keep up the good working environment!

We went there for our COVID vaccines. Pharmacy employees are very friendly and professional. The store is clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to go there again.
