I had a package that shipped out automatically from an old subscription and was sent to my previous address in Oglesby. I wasn't sure if maybe I needed to pick it up or something so I called and spoke with Kathy or Cathy. What an awfully rude woman. From the get go she did not want to help me at all. Talked to me as if I was stupid and have had this happened before. This is not my first issue with the post office and the rude staff or mail carriers.
