“5 stars for Ed and the team at #1 Auto Detailing. From my first conversation with Ed, I was impressed by how communicative, knowledgeable, and genuinely service-oriented he was. He took the time to explain everything, set clear expectations, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in the work that leaves his shop. The exterior detail turned out incredible—the quality and attention to detail were immediately noticeable. What really stood out, though, was that Ed and his team went above and beyond with the interior as well. I wasn’t expecting much beyond a quick spiff, but they did far more than I anticipated. This is one of those places where you feel like you actually got what you paid for. Excellent work, great customer service, and absolutely worth the money. Ed has earned my business, I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be referring everyone to him.”

“Discovered my Toyota Highlander had grown a coat of mold all over the interior. Somehow water intruded and the heat did what it does. Did some online research that led me to Thompson’s Touch. Prentice hooked me up with Mario aka Super Mario and, magically, three hours later my car was back to better than it’s been in years. Thanks guys!”

“THIS WAS AN AMAZING SERVICE! I came in with a mess of a car from years of dirt and hair from my German Shepherds, summers of camping trips and beach days, and spills and stains on the carpets and seats. They were extremely professional, Ali helped me, and very direct with what they were going to work on. I dropped my car off at 9AM and they were finished with it at 4:30 PM. I came back to an entire brand new car. The interior is spotless and everything feels shiny and new. My car is a 2019 Toyota Corolla and they priced me at $245. I wanted to find someone local in Bridgeview and was not disappointed. I will be coming back and recommending friends!”

“I’ve been going here since 2000 when it was under a different ownership. Back then it was a simple basic car wash place which was all I needed for my Honda Civic I used to drive. About 3 years ago, I started returning here and found it even better for the overall wash & price compared to other car wash facilities. The manual wash bay uses pretty good filtered hot water that doesn’t harm your car’s paint and provides you with optional additional cleaners to perfect your car’s appearance. They also have automatic touch-less wash bays which are great when your in a rush. The gold coins you collect from the touch-less washes can also be used for vacuum and other washes. The owner here is very knowledgeable and helpful with any kind of inquiry to your vehicle wash. He does an excellent job maintaining the place and is a very friendly person.”
