From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my car, I didn’t have one complaint. Quite the contrary. I can’t say enough good things about this body shop. You walk in to a welcoming warm entrance to be greeted by the employees. The secretary’s were very nice and accommodating. Ask for Jeff, he is the service writer/estimator. He will greet you and go out and look at your car and talk you through what needs to be done and then will do the estimate for you. So you can go and check prices if you feel the need. I just had him do the work. I was so impressed and confident my car was in the best of hands. I didn’t even try to go somewhere else to see if I could get a lower price. There pricing anyway seemed more than fair. I’m glad I chose them. Jeff is courteous, confident, kind and knowledgeable. He has an amazing team to do the repairs and paint. They call you to give you updates on the progress or if there are delays. The car looks no less than showroom quality. It looks brand new. I take real pride in my car and am very fussy about how it looks and trust me, this is the place to have your car worked on. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I could see my reflection in the paint. It was flawless. I also couldn’t believe the turn-around time. This is the place.!!!

My car sits low to the ground (sports edition) and I must have caught the bumper on some ice or snow (you know how Chicago winters can be brutal) and my bumper and one exhaust pipe was hanging down, almost scrapping the ground.
