I was greeted by a woman with purple hair who was extremely rude in explaining that Eddie Bauer changed their return policy . I'm also very disappointed that Eddie Bauer will not take back online orders. No more Eddie Bauer for me.

My husband needed some new clothes for vacation next week and just got a nice new Eddie Bauer credit card. We drove 45 minutes to this store. The mall has construction going on so it was a bit of a mess there. We arrived and my Husband found a few things he liked and we attempted to check out. They couldn't get the credit card to work. The manager working there mentioned that it wasn't working for other people that day either and told my Husband to call for a new credit card since that one didn't work. We asked when it would work - the associate had no idea. We left stunned and empty handed. I decided to call another store who informed me that it was on issue related to on ongoing system upgrade and had been going on for a while. They did not expect to be up and running until 11/25/23, but they did have a sign posted. Advice to the store: know what is going on with your systems and post a sign indicating that there is an issue. We won't be back to this location.

Impressive, friendly service, Pat was great! I Love Eddie Bauer's jeans, shirts, and jackets glad to be a welcome-back customer. It has been too long without my favorite jeans, and shirts ???

Betty Fazioli is the most caring and patient person I’ve ever dealt with. She is very professional, and she really cares about the Brand. I will multiple companies and only wish to have an employee like this that truly cares for customers satisfaction and that loves here work. She believes in the brand. If it wasn’t for Betty, I wouldn’t have spent near $600 today at this location.- Roni with the 2 kids ☺️
