10 out of 5 stars!!!!!! Katie answered the phone after hours Friday night and brought us toner on Saturday morning. It's a tax office and its tax season, and Saturday is one of the busiest days! Everyone was happy! Or better yet, it didn't become a huge problem because Focal saved us!!! Thank you!
