Worst company ever don't buy anything from them, I paid for fast shipping and they sent it by regular mall , I ordered on November 10th its now December 18th and still nothing , there customer service repeatedly ignores my emails

Sent this beautiful heart shaped friend ornament to my Besties. She just received yesterday which I had ordered it on 12/08, very quick! My bff loves it and also said it's very beautiful. I've been ordering the ornaments for my bff each year from this company for a while now. My bff is always pleased with them.
