They’ve created a great community and do a handful events throughout the year so the families can mingle and get to know each other. After five years at Village Children’s Academy, this daycare has become like family to us. From the very beginning, the front office staff (Beth, Jenn, and Jovanna) have been nothing short of amazing. They are always accommodating, attentive to specific requests, and truly do everything possible to keep the school running smoothly while making families feel supported and cared for.

Over the years, we’ve had so many incredible teachers who have helped shape our sons’ experiences, and we are so grateful for each of them (shoutout to Ms Pat, Ms. Esmerelda, Ms. Randy, Ms. Drea, Mr. Nick and so many more). Most recently, Ms. Becca and Ms. Jackie have rounded out our time at VCA and constantly went above and beyond to make learning magical and memorable.

Ms. Becca starts every morning with the warmest attitude that immediately makes both kids and parents feel welcomed and comfortable. Her positivity is contagious and sets the tone for a great day.

Ms. Jackie is truly one of a kind. She doesn’t miss a single detail and fully commits to every classroom theme and somehow always brings her creative visions to life. She even relieves that “mom guilt” by creating experiences that many of us wish we had time to pull off ourselves. Like grinch day and making sure the leprechaun came to cause chaos in the classroom on St. Patrick’s Day. The kids absolutely love it.

Together, Ms Becca and Ms. Jackie create such thoughtful and imaginative pretend play stations (our family favorite was the Costco setup), and the art projects are truly above and beyond. These and the memories are the kinds of keepsakes we will cherish forever. One thing that especially touched us was how they picked out individualized Christmas gifts for each student based on their personal interests, such a thoughtful and personal gesture that speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care for every child.

We are incredibly grateful for the love, creativity, and dedication this school pours into its students every single day. VCA has given our family so many special memories, and we could not recommend them more. We’ll be sad to end our time over the next couple of days, but are so thankful for the warmth we felt through the phone on my very first call with Beth the director that solidified our decision before we even had the chance to visit the school five years ago.”

“we went there to check out some softball but the facility is really nice. Fields looked well taken care of. The grounds were clean... really nice brick walkway through the middle of it. The restrooms were clean too. I was there at the height of cicada 2024 and the noise was relentless.”

“We had the BEST experience with Creative Montessori. The teachers are gentle and kind. Our son really flourished there! It is off of a resendential street (unlike most other daycares) and there is a large backyard with actual grass for the kids to play. The playground is great too! The quality of learning, empowering, and nurturing for the cost is insane. This is the third of our daycare experiences and was absolutely the best! Wish we moved him there sooner.”

“KC Woodridge North has had at least one (if not two or all three) of my children in their care for over seven years! We are so fortunate to have found them years ago by neighborhood recommendation. We have personally referred several others. Miss Kim and her staff are absolutely wonderful! My children have gone through almost every room in the facility and each one has been exceptional. The staff has been consistent throughout our time there which says a LOT. There is very little turn over keeping the learning environment for the children a top priority. Most daycare facilities cannot say the same. One of our children had some significant health issues at one point and the center was on top of it. Another has an anaphylactic allergy and I never worry about his allergy. My children’s education and emotional well-being has always been approached with respect, care, and an enormous amount of experience. This week we will be ending our daycare journey as we are aging into kindergarten with our youngest. I’ve teared up several times already. It will be bittersweet leaving our children’s home away from home.

“We love love love the toddler class for our 20month old! The teachers are kind, caring, energetic, resourceful, and compassionate. I know my child is in great hands when I drop them off for the day! My child is always excited when I drop them off at school and in a good mood when I pick them up. I really love all of the updates and videos that I get throughout the day & love the updates they give me when I pick my child up. The teachers in the toddlers room sometimes swap with the 2s room so I feel connected to my child's next teachers as well. I highly recommend trusting this bustling & well run facility to care for your child!”

“My son has been going to this daycare for 2 years now and as a first time, single mom, with all the worries in the world, they made me feel so comfortable. Great communication. My son always had such a great time at daycare and learning. They also made him feel so comfortable. From going from being afraid of being apart from each other, to waves/kisses goodbye in the window as I walked to my car for work, to now him giving me quick hugs and ready to run off and play ? just shows how much this daycare has helped both of us grow. “The Creme is really a special place to entrust the care, development and curriculum for your children. We recently changed after our older son started Kindergarten and we didn’t know what we were missing. From administration(Chris G) to the teachers(Ms Helen & Ms Victoria), it has truly been an overall great experience. We look forward to continuing to work with them. They also have programs for the kindergarten kids that you may need coverage on closed school days or breaks as an add on. 5 starts not enough for this Westmont branch.”

“My son has been in this center for about 5 months now and loves his teachers Ms.Lei and Ms. Gloria in the twos classroom. He sings all of their songs and mimics the way they talk to him all day. They are also very patient and have great communication. Really eased my mind about putting my child in daycare for the first time !”

“The Lombard Kindercare is a warm, inviting environment that has friendly staff and excellent childcare. “Ms. pat is a very sweet woman. My eldest son did well there when he was attending some years back. I wish I could attest to his specific growth here, relative to another school, but it was the only daycare we attended at the time. Although, he seemed to thrive about as much as you could expect from a toddler, and he was very proud to bring home morsels of subjects they went over. I never felt like he was neglected or uncared for. Overall he was happy to go, and they seemed to treat him very well. I think that's about the best you can hope for when you leave someone to watch after your children.”

“Daylight Learning Center is a diverse daycare that strive to prepare your child/children for the next education journey. The commitment and dedication I witnessed from the staff and core teachers for each grade level was incredible. My son was born during the pandemic so he lacked social skills and struggled breaking out his shell in the beginning at Daylight. Ms. Valerie, Ms. Tracy, Ms. Ashanti and Ms. Lanya did not give up on my son despite his challenges he encountered throughout his journey. Having a support system like this is vital for parents! Today as he said his goodbyes, he said he almost cried as everyone sang the farewell song. Being able to express his feelings so openly now versus from the beginning of is journey shows just how much effort and dedication Daylight community impacted him. We will miss each and every one of you! Continue to be passionate and pour into each new daylight student to come!”

“We are so blessed to have found The Philip Rock Center and School (PRC) for my daughter. The amazing staff go above and beyond to make sure that her needs and all the students' needs are met. I love how they are involved in numerous activities at PRC and in the community. PRC has been life changing for my daughter and my family! She has been at PRC for 10 years (she is 19 now) and has learned so many life skills and that is because of the wonderful, caring, selfless staff at PRC! My daughter would not be as independent as she is today had we not found PRC!
