I shipped 4 vehicles from WA to KY through another company that partnered with Taurus Auto Group to ensure my vehicles could be delivered quickly. The transport driver Shakhrom was friendly, arrived on time, and quickly came up with a plan on how he would load all of my vehicles. He was knowledgeable in operating each of the vehicles, which were a mix of 26-50 yr old automatics, manuals, long, short, wide, and narrow wheel bases. He loaded them all with no issues and took great care in driving them. He delivered them very quickly and was courteous and professional to my wife when he arrived. I could not have asked for anything better in this experience, and I am thankful to all the people and companies involved. May 27, 2025

Car from Detroit to Idaho. Contract clearly stated the amount owed to the driver. He apparently decided to charge the recepient more money upon delivery. Although he got it there when he said, he took it upon himself to charge more at the end. I would have paid him up front if he had the balls to ask. Poor communication and borderline theft. Never again.

If I could leave a 0 review, I would. Communications with this company are abysmal-almost non existent. Their truck broke down amd sat for a week-no updates given. They avoided answering the broker’s inquiries as well. Impossible to get a timely or viable answer to when they would deliver, location of my vehicle, or any specifics. Based on my experience-recommend that you look for another company. Low price is not worth the stress.

Worse service ever! They will cancel the dispatch without telling you. As a dealership they will waste your time. 0 PROFESSIONALISM AND 0 IN COMMUNICATION. 1 start is small to rate them.

Don't use them to haul your cars. They will cancel on you the day after agreeing with you to bring the cars without telling you. Check Central dispatch reviews they have canceled the load to 40 different dealerships without previous notice.

The price was good. The communication was sub par. Never called me to say they will be 3 days late on delivery. I called several times and dispatch says it will be there tomorrow. Then the next day so forth so on. Wasn't really professional at all. When the driver was backing my car from the trailer the front bumper actually hit the chain tie down that was left on the catwalk of the trailer. The only good thing with the delivery was price. I'd recommend spending more money and get better results.

Don’t why there is so much negative reviews but everything was fine with car delivery. But the car was really dirty on the exterior due to winter storm they drove through.

I can’t speak for their service however one of their drivers just ran me into a guard rail on the freeway thrashing my new car. I called the cops and unfortunately, since I elected to go into the guard rail, opposed to having him hit me there’s nothing I can do other than hopefully provoke the owners to address safety with their drivers

You try to communicate to make a complaint and they never pick up the phone. It is a lack of respect in how they treat their workers and when it comes to returning money that belongs to you, they give you a thousand problems. I want my money back.

I have no idea why this company has quite a few negative reviews. Recently got their service through Mercury auto transport to ship my Tesla from Bay Area to Seattle. On-time service, great communication and they took care of my car like a baby. Absolutely recommend them for car shipping needs. Also, the price is very nominal, and they stick to the quote. Ask for Serrghi and Veaceslav Sobetchi. Thank you taurus auto group, appreciate your service.

Quite a few negative reviews here. Usually when the service is great customers tend to not post a review, however when it's negative they are more inclined to.
So here is my quick review. Shipped my mini truck from Denver to Seattle. The driver Nick was incredibly thorough, careful, and professional. There was some concern on being able to load the truck on the rig, but he took his time and carefully handled the situation. The truck arrived in Seattle without any damages, and even after a clerical issue from another company, Nick contacted me and we were able to work out the issue and come to a solution.
I would definitely use Taurus in the future, especially if I would work with Nick again.

Driver in Wisconsin Dells nearly ran my family off the road. Refused to let us merge with an empty lane next to him and then flipped us off. Disgusting and dangerous behavior.
