“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”
“My experience at My Mechanic Elmhurst was terrific. They conducted their inspection and determined my A/C compressor went kaput. They also performed the required testing to determine the reason for a Check Engine light.
I brought the car in on Friday and the repairs were completed by Monday morning. Courteous service and they satisfactorily answered all my questions. I will have all of my cars serviced by My Mechanic in the future.”

“My experience was top notch, I had a mechanic / tech that didn't try and upsale anything and he was transparent with me. He should me the broken mounts on my apu. I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man. “The truck I rented from Enterprise was clean and it was what I wanted a truck with a liftgate Penske would not rent me a truck with a liftgate so they lost out on my business. I have a fully endorsed CDL They said I had to have a commercial account to rent a truck with a liftgate
Enterprise didn't bother me with that piddly stuff and I got the job done.”

“I expected to see someone at a desk here , not a locked door . Reserved with in person / desk pick up online , despite this not being an actual pick up method at this location . In turn , the options to do mobile pick up were not available in the app because my reservation was for in person . Luckily someone answered the phone number posted on the door and it was smooth sailing after that . The truck I had only had a quarter tank too . Absolutely do the pre online check in before using this location .”
