Batson Ace Hardware is a great hardware store in the small town of Bushnell. The store is much bigger than it looks and they have what you need. The staff are very nice, friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are quick to take customers directly to items and speed up shopping time. They go out of their way to help, including with service calls for plumbing work and resolving issues. Work is done at a very reasonable cost. While communication callbacks can sometimes fall through the cracks, the business is highly recommended. Customers will definitely return.

Had some plumbing work done recently, the guys came out and diagnosed the issue. Worked throughout the day and were courteous and professional. Issue was fixed and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
The store and staff are very nice and helpful too.
