I had a bad experience here and just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
The cashier tried to insist my partner’s Passport was not a valid identification. It is pretty humiliating to visit a foreign country and be told your passport isn’t a valid id. What else are you supposed to use??
I know this stores policy can’t be to refuse to sell alcohol to all foreigners. I would appreciate the management help make it clear that while alcohol purchases need ID, passports are a valid form of ID.

Adequately staffed convenience/gas station with a friendly staff. This location has slushies which some do not and which are very welcome on a hot summer day. Pizza and other food items are very good. Store is clean and well-stocked.

I tried to purchase lottery tickets from here and I asked for the lotto that should be drawn for tonight the lady was so confused and so she brought the lady from the kitchen and she was so rude and told me “well they are higher price now , I said okay that’s fine ! I need 3 quick picks on separate ticket’s she looked super irritated and was like well which one do you want and told me well you can come look at the sheet over here then and proceeded to roll her eyes at me ! I told her she did not need to be rude she said well you didn’t even give me a chance to tell you the sheet was up here … that’s would have been totally fine if she would have told me from the beginning but after she told me she was super rude so I told her never mind I don’t want them ! The other heavier lady told me I could get out ! I wish they could roll back the camera and see how she was ! Felt very uncomfortable and very unwelcoming from the moment I walked in … maybe once they look at the cameras they can see how rude the staff was ! If you are a person of color stay away from this place ! Just and fyi !

This Casey’s definitely needs some work. I’m not sure if it’s needing new management or if it’s needing new staff by every time I go in there they are always out of stock. I will go and buy coffee from there 2 to 3 times a day and they are out of creamer, or they are out of iced coffee and when I bring it up, I am shrugged off. The creamer machine has clumps in the nozzle. Therefore it comes out very slow. I have personally cleaned it and I don’t even work there. Cleanse leanness is a huge issue at this location and no one is friendly. This town has two gas stations. I would think as a business we would want to be the gas station. This morning I paid 350 for an iced coffee filled my cup 1/4 of the way, because that was all that was left in all three of the ice coffee‘s Bags went over to the coffee machine to finish up making the rest of my coffee and was still charged for the iced coffee. I let the staff know but she said hopefully I have a bag and then never went and looked for it just did at the register. Someone needs to get involved in that store.

Why can't they put some solution in the squeegee container? Very frustrating when you need to clean your windows. And there were no pizza bags and pop machine had no ice for at least the second day in a row. Do better Casey's! You have a good thing going.

What's going on with the kitchen? I've tried calling twice about about delivery. I understand your delivery hours are 4:30pm to 9pm Thurs-sun. Least you could do is pick up the phone and let us know why the kitchen isn't taking orders when they should be.

Getting gas outside has been fine. Staff are friendly. The bathrooms have never been clean any time I’ve had to stop for them while passing through. This is especially disappointing if you need to take in young children and the seats are icky.

Drive for work . Several times the gas pumps will not read my work credit card. I have to full up at end of shift impossible here.

This store never has delivery when it’s suppose to, pretty much always unavailable at this time, and half the time when u get it it’s wrong anyway, pretty sad since you order online and it’s all clicked on right there to see!
