She demonstrates great communication, professionalism, and a true dedication to her clients The last transaction I worked with Vanessa on, she was always on top of deadlines and very meticulous in handling the lending side of things from start to finish. She is easy to get a hold of whether it be during work hours or if I need a pre-approval letter at 6:00pm on a Saturday evening, she is there to answer my text or call and get me what I need. This bank knows how to treat their customers. Walk in and they are helpful right from the start. Went in to start opening an account for my grandson, then brought him back later to complete so he could get to work on time. Kelly Rink was awesome. Looks to have competitive rates for savings accounts and a free checking account that works well for the first time account holder. I was very pleased with this choice.

I have never even liked a bank but I love this bank! The Poplar Grove seriously is no hassle ever and always so accommodating. Jasmine is the best she is always so friendly and helpful! She is my favorite part of the bank for sure!
