Ill says this their food is amazing but the service not so much especially the taller older guy. I have no idea what I have done to him but he says hi to everyone he helps except me, like I committed a crime against him, he doesnt say hi, he makes no eye contact with me, doesnt ask about caseys rewards, doesnt say the price even though I clearly see it and once I pay doesnt say im done or anything. All the other cashiers are great and do that but again he treats me like I'm his mortal enemy and reminds me why I dont go to this Caseys alot anymore and make the extra drive to Stillman or Oregon.

Driving through and needed to use the restroom so decided to stop here since Casey’s usually are decent. Too bad they did not have a shower after I use the restroom because I may have stepped into something I cannot wash off. Take a little more pride in your location and pay attention to the restrooms more than once a week.

I live in Stillman Valley. It was after midnight on Saturday June 21st. I went to make my son's lunch for work and realized I didn't have any lettuce salad mix. I googled stores near me that are still open. The only 2 that came up were Woodmens in Rockford and Casey's Byron. I called Casey's and Travis answered. I told him my dilemma!! He said not to worry ,that he'd figure out something for me.And HE DID!! He came through for me!! HE and TRACY were a life saver for me!!😃 They saved this old senior lady from a trip all the way to Woodems!! THANK YOU AGAIN TRAVIS & TRACY!!❤️ That's why I love ❤️ Casey's they always go up and beyond the call of duty!!🤩

The food was amazing the staff was amazing but their was pee all over the set of the toilet and no paper towels in the bathrooms and the candy and chips are to expensive

i don’t know what’s the problem w their cashier john, rude every time i’m in there never greats me when i approach the register or says thanks or anything, the happiest i’ve ever seen him is when he got to deny me alcohol because by id was expired, unluckily for him tho my drivers license isn’t and he had to serve me. dude is a douche bag

I’ve been going to this location for forever. You cannot get a slice of pizza during lunch hours or around 5 o’clock, any day of the week. Gotta get the cooks to lay off the grass and prioritize having pizza during pizza hours. Great reward system though

How do you have no pizza at all prepared at 4:30pm on a Friday? There was about 5 other people waiting around for pizza too. I waited about 5 minutes and decided to leave empty handed, thats unacceptable. That's arguably the most important item in the whole business to keep stocked besides maybe gas. I travel a lot and have visited dozens of caseys locations, and don't think I've ever seen completely empty pizza racks, even at 5 minutes to closing on a Monday night.

I stop here a few times a week, and the older guy at the counter isn't friendly most of the time. Well today he completely ignored me during the entire check out process.Me: hi thereHim: silence.
