They were highly informed of my purchase financing options, communicative, understanding, responsive and just a pleasure to work with. Amanda worked with me to get the best rate possible in a market that surely isn't favoring buyers. She even helped me plan ahead discussing refinancing should rates lower in the next year or so. Fingers crossed!
