Not happy with this bank in Byron. It lacks poor customer service ethic. From day one that my family and me started going to this bank we felt discriminated by Renee. The reason why I say this is that no other bank has asked my wife and I for too much information in regards to origin or marriage and why my wife doesn’t have my last name. When my family and I first went to open a bank account Renee gave us an awful look from her office as an expression of you are not welcome here. She made it difficult for us as a hispanic family to open an account. She is very rude. Im very happy with the other banks in Stillman and Oregon.

Online hours said they were opened on Sunday, so we made a trip out. They're closed and the front business hours had a strip of tape over the Sunday hours. Unprofessional to not update hours online in a fully online world.

I stopped at this bank today, and used their ATM. I paid $3 dollars to use it because I no longer have a Stillman account. I went back through the drive-thru and was told that unless I had an account, no, I could not exchange one of the twenties I pulled out for a ten and two fives. I'm completely blown away by this. I'm so glad I don't have an account with this bank anymore if this is how they do business. 100% ridiculous.

We worked with Stillman Bank for a mortgage at the recommendation of friends and the desire to continue to use smaller, local banks for our funding needs. This was a mistake. Our loan process was proceeding normally, until we suddenly received a phone call advising our “income did not qualify”. There were no efforts or attempts to save our business, the loan was dead. Minimal explanation was given, and no discussion was held regarding other options. The broker decided our loan was no longer worth the effort, and that showed in the end result. Further shopping of the loan to no less than 4 other brokers in the area has shown that the disqualification of our income was improper and unnecessary. There is no reason our loan shouldn’t have closed other than the fact that Stillman Bank’s mortgage broker either didn’t know the product or didn’t want to work for our business. The mortgage brokers at Stillman Bank appear to care only for quick closures, and you are clearly “just another commission” to them. Any updates I received on the loan process had to be initiated by me. There was no effort to keep me informed, and that lack of effort continued in all aspects as the loan moved to its ultimate termination. Save yourself the trouble and go to another broker who will value your banking relationship. I returned to a broker I have used before with my tail between my legs, learning the lesson about branching out from the good people in the business.

The customer service at this branch is second to none. I have taken all 4 of my young children into the bank and we are treated with nothing but respect. The staff at this bank are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about the great team there. If you need a great bank, you cant go wrong with Stillman Bank.

I was having problems about being a minor and had to get approval by an adult. Even though the account was under my name I still had to get approved by an adult which makes no sense. Usually I just go in there and I’m able to give them the slip without my account number and I can get the money all the sudden they changed it and I had to spend 15 minutes in there because I had to go talk to the manager because I had to get approval which makes no sense.

Do not apply if you have ever been a single Mom trying to restart your life. They "hired" me then unhired me because of a horrible divorce was forced into bankruptcy. I do not want to work for a bank that can't understand why a single mother is forced into such a situation. Don't apply for an account if you have messed up in the past they may judge you.
