Mint Creek Farm is a small, local organic, sustainable, and regenerative farm with some of the highest standards in the Midwest. Their dedication to regenerative farming is truly unmatched. They offer fantastic, amazing meat through a CSA program and at the farmers market, featuring some of the best cuts ever, including great lamb breakfast sausage. Their honey tastes like butter and is delicious. Their stand at the Lincoln Park Farmers Market is amazing, serving one of the top breakfast sandwiches ever with sausage, veggies, and cherry bomb hot sauce. It is a great farm to work with, where quality is paramount.
I got 2 of the fresh pasture raised bronze broad breasted turkeys from here for this past Thanksgiving and working with Mint Creek Farm was very easy. I dry brined the turkey for 2 days and it turned out to be one of the best turkeys I have cooked/had. I will continue ordering from this farm.
