My things have been in this storage for 2 years, I hadn’t had any problems before until now! I would go periodically to put moth balls and spray peppermint oil throughout the unit. I guess the mice got immune to it because when I went there a week ago, there was mice droppings everywhere and a dead mouse laying inside as soon as you lift the door. I will be removing my things asap! If you do rent storage from here, the best thing to do is get insurance…

It's all right storage unit price is great my things have been there for a year and a half and it really got moldy rat droppings I don't understand how that was happening to my things in there when it was closed up like it was anyway it's all right storage

Terribly ran business, made a online reservation per there website, called 4-5 times, left message, no return call, went by the office 3 times during business hours to find no one there or out for lunch etc.. finally waited to find out they have no record nor do they have my reservation. I will take my business else where

Was on vacation and forgot to make payment before I left, got down to the wire for payment due. Called the office to make payment and Stephanie told me about payment online. OMG.... That service was so quick and easy... Love Love Love!!! I wish all online payments went this smooth.. Will be paying online more often.. Great Job Cahokia Storage!!!!
