The young man helping me was extremely helpful but when he went to check with the lady that was working there she was extremely rude. Argumentative childish and instead of getting my pond I just took my merchandise and left. I don't know if they believe that because you need to get a loan. They could talk to you any old kind of way, but I felt extremely disrespected used to go there for years now. I'll never set foot in that place again

They accepted my merchandise that was stolen and after I paid a year of interest they sold it after I was 1 day late

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. New staff are very rude and unprofessional. They were great until a couple years ago. I Will NEVER go again. Save yourselves time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else.

Tv's and gaming systems go out after having them for a month no refund or trade in! You will be better off buying them new trust me.

This store is so clean. The customer service is beyond belief. The store managers work hard to make their customers feel appreciated. The older guy Don knows his way around some tools. He was very helpful and patient. I look for him everytime I enter the store.

They don't do home audio, took my $3000 set of speakers up there to get a loan and they said "not interested" as soon as I walked in the door. They didn't look at them or anything, I was in there less than 30 seconds.

The BEST pawnshop in the Midwest om my opinion. Very people friendly and very fair. Everyone is treated fairly. Also they have the best prices for their merchandise. Very dependable also. I would recommend this place to everyone.
