I recently utilized a combination of U-Haul's services for a move and subsequent storage needs, and I came away genuinely impressed with the overall experience. From renting the moving truck and trailer to securing a storage unit and even using their U-Box service for some longer-term items, U-Haul provided a convenient and reliable solution for a potentially stressful time.
First off, the sheer accessibility of U-Haul locations made the entire process incredibly easy. Finding a convenient pickup location for the truck and trailer was a breeze, and the storage facility was also well-situated. This widespread presence definitely takes a load off when you're coordinating a move across town or even further.
The truck I rented was clean and well-maintained. It ran smoothly, and the features like the ramp made loading and unloading much less strenuous. The representative at the pickup location was efficient and helpful, clearly explaining the rental agreement and answering all my questions. Similarly, the trailer I rented was in excellent condition and towed without any issues, providing the extra space I desperately needed.
What I particularly appreciated was the seamless integration of their services. Being able to rent the truck and trailer from the same place where I secured my storage unit was a huge time-saver. The staff at both locations communicated effectively, making the transitions smooth.
The storage unit itself was clean, secure, and easily accessible. I felt confident that my belongings were safe and protected. The move-in process was straightforward, and the access hours were convenient for my schedule.
Finally, the U-Box service proved to be a fantastic option for some items I didn't need immediate access to. The delivery and pickup of the U-Box were on time and hassle-free. It provided a flexible and secure way to handle longer-term storage without having to make multiple trips to a storage facility.
While moving can always have its challenges, U-Haul provided the tools and services I needed to navigate it with greater ease. The convenience, the generally well-maintained equipment, and the helpful staff I encountered all contributed to a positive experience. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone looking for a comprehensive solution for moving and storage needs. They truly offer a one-stop shop that simplifies a potentially complicated process.”

“Owner is nice but I don’t think he understands how important it is to replenish his items I’ve seen propened bags of chips , old rellos tobacco and when I tell him about It because I go there often he doesn’t quite understands but I always help him to politely, other than that he’s a great guy and the store is amazing. Store just closes earlier than expected on some days or when he wants so before coming call the store or go down the street, the only red flag about this store is the hours of operation isn’t guaranteed. Example Sunday they open at 11am they will more than likely open at 12pm.. Monday -Friday 11am to 5pm is really the time”

“Saturday It was ok just didn’t care for the guy trying to be nosy asking personal questions about was me and some man together when clearly i wasn’t but that’s not part of his job worrying about the Wrong stuff, overall, I got in and out, return my truck later that same day then i goes back up there Sunday morning too make sure they did the proper things to make sure things was OK with the truck. It was a lady this time, and it felt more welcoming than with the guy that was there. Thanks”
