Customer service at the Cahokia Illinois branch on Camp Jackson Road is so unprofessional I'm about to transfer all my coins to another banking institution.It's bad when a teller talks about a customer and says he is lying about a personal check because of the large amount it's paid out for.The teller needs sensitivity classes.Dissatisfied customer April 19, 2023.

Opened a checking account here lady was very nice I took in everything that was needed to open the account, four days later I get a PHONE CALL asking me to please take up another bill with my address on it I say sure the lady says thank you I tell her I just got my new card and there's a fraud hold .till I can prove who I am Ahh I did the manager all smiles like it's no big deal not having access to your money, I call the main fraud dept the bank NEVER sent them my letter I took a picture and emailed it to them but doesn't help being a Friday ten till 5 , no communication of any problems wasn't told anything was going to be happening or it could of been prevented and taken care earlier in the day but no no access to my money was a result in all of it not happy at all. They act like it's no big deal not there problem tell me I have a attitude yes I do when you can't get anything from your account you need gas and you got things needed you would to I didn't think it was funny but you was smiling and if it was your money you wouldn't of been smiling just saying .

They were busy at 12 noon so I come back at 1pm and they are literally not even there... on a friday!! This was 10-22-2021 @1:44pm. In case any upper matches sees this and actually GAF...

This is bank branch has the worst customer service I have encountered. I work close by and the few times I have needed to take care of something here it's always a problem...since when is it such a pain to make a simple deposit

They know little to nothing, and can't explain anything. They expect the customer to be responsible for and aware of fees that even the branch manger can't explain nor is aware of. I had no person I came into contact with ask how can we keep you or help prevent fees from affecting your account or anything. I just closed the account the next day because they couldn't get anyone to help me or explain the problems on my account. Luckily I had only 1/2 my direct deposit go there. I was already not totally comfortable banking there and definitely happy I didn't open an business account with this company. Nice women at the location but to the company, whoever is on/over the finance/account assistance side WARNING THEY SUCK!!!!!

So a couple of US Bank's loyal customers writes me checks..i go to this location one day and attempt to cash the check... they say it's a $7 fee.. i ask why of course.. they said because I don't have an account w/us bank. DIDNT ASK IF I WAS INTERESTED IN OPENING AN ACCOUNT EITHER.Ridiculous... Now 2 days earlier I Cashed "$$$$" a check at a different US Bank location with no problems or fees... WHAT IS UP WITH THAT??? SURELY WONT BE OPENING AN ACCOUNT HERE ANY TIME SOON..FEES MAY COME OUTTA NOWHERE.....side note i guess usbank wants me to charge their customers $$ to write checks for the services provided...i think NOT ..GET IT TOGETHER BANKS
