“Love Aldi. Want crazy about their egg prices for a while but everyone's were crazy. They are coming back down. Generally the best prices in town for most groceries. Love shopping their household stuff. Very few name brands but im not impressed with names anyway. You can't beat their baking goods and dairy. And the staff really enjoy working there. That makes a huge difference in customer service. Very friendly. Esp Aldi in Rockton, IL.”

“The pottery Jenny makes and sells here is GORGEOUS. I got one of the fungus mugs for the birthday of my dear friend who loves mushrooms. It was even more beautiful than I expected after seeing the photos. I can tell how much care was taken in its making. We noticed that the mushrooms are even perfectly positioned on both sides to give your lips room! :-) I love it so much and so does my friend!”
“I like this store its close to home and is pretty clean.It has my basic needs.Produce,breads,dairy,canned goods,snacks,frozen foods and healthier choices available.Paper items.Seasonal items and watch for mark downs.For a quick run from home this is my GO TO.Now with self checkout.Good store thats an improving and evolving retailer.”

“This Aldi seems to be a bit more put together than others in the area. The store is clean and everything we needed was stocked. They're reasonably priced and usually cheaper than the big box grocery stores. They only downside is they only have 1 checkout lane with an actual cashier, the rest are all self checkout.”

Getting my box is a highlight for my week. I have loved cooking with garlic scapes, celeriac, fennel, chard, anise hyssop...and making carrot top pesto! : ) With food as fresh and delicious as this, the possibilities are endless.
