Recently I blew my Subwoofer in my vehicle. I took it in and Manny and his crew took real good care of me. It was slightly expensive but it was well worth it. My system sounds so much better and it didn't take my whole day. Manny made sure my system was tuned correctly to my liking. Manny also called me back to the shop as I was driving home to tell me I was overcharged. Friendly honest folks. So glad I decided on Audio Essence.

Had a radio head with 4 speakers installed. If you didn't know that it wasn't a factory radio you would never guess it was an aftermarket radio. The installation was that seem less.

I love Mann and is wife they was so very helpful and executed my vision to the max for my sound system in my jeep 💗 I went to another place in South Holland and told them the exact same vision and it was a EPIC 3,500 FAIL. I had to pay more money for Mann and his team to fix the problem but it was cheaper then I paid the first time and WELL WORTH IT. If you every wants anything done to your car this the place to come to, not only do they do audio but they have rims, alarms, tint, detail, car wash and so much more. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!!

Went here for the first time and wanted a bit more sound in my baby. Manny schooled me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. My music sounds freaking amazing. He went beyond the duty to assure I left out smiling and happy. For that I did, I'll definitely be back for something else. Thanks again Manny for everything.

Got an alarm/remote starter package installed on my sports car about 3yrs ago. Excellent service,very knowledgeable in their field. 3yrs without any errors,you get elite service here nothing less! Had a last min install and they got me in immediately. $188 to check it out & $56 in parts. Unfortunately I received a bad unit from ebay. We'll see what happens after the swap.

I went in to get my truck's audio system upgraded. I bought my own equipment in. Manny did tell me from the start that he usually didn't install the type of equipment that I bought. He stated that it probably wouldn't give me the sound that I desired. Well, it didn't. I had to have it uninstalled! Manny suggested equipment that would give me the sound I wanted. It's fantastic! It's just what I wanted and more. I'll be going back for more upgrades.

Excellent customer service, went to get a automatic starter put on my truck. They explained different starters they had in stock. Manny and his wife are wonderful. I will refer them. I will come back for them to detail my truck.
