1841 river oaks dr calumet city, il store they didnt greet me I spoke no one responded. I sat looking at the jewelry counter for ten minutes no eye contact no help one person was sweeping with their head down the other employees had their head down bent over at registers prob on their phone they had a kid behind the counter running in the office and around the store. I had 4000 cash looking to buy Cuban link. I said out loud no one is gonna help me, I can’t get no assistance? They ignored me and I left out. I stayed out there five years ago and I drove out there from Naperville. I bought a Cuban link from river oaks mall but my mother wanted me to find her one. Won’t ever go there again!

I brought in new leather purses. ( never used) cost over $100. She offered me $5 each for the 3 purses I had. This place is horrible. This is not the place to go if you’re in need of money or just getting rid of a item that you don’t want to give away. Mostly all the pawnshops located in Calumet City are rip offs. Stay away from Calumet City pawnshop. Go to Indiana. Pay better

they can never help you out over the phone when your calling to check on YOUR item(s) they act as if they don't want you paying on YOUR loan as if they want YOUR stuff for themselves this place needs to rehire and retrain when it comes to working with customers if I can give them -000000 stars I would I will never be there again

Wish I could choose NO STARS. Warning to all potential customers DO NOT COME TO THIS PAWN SHOP. I’ve had multiple people I know come to me and tell me their bad experiences and being sold poor quality products. They sold me and my fiancé a fake wedding/engagement ring. The staff do not know what they are talking about or looking for when they examine jewelry. They are shiesty and not good for business.

Reviewed local pawn shops near calumet city an the reviews showed this was the best option. A musician so was gifted many Bluetooth speakers and have never used most. Literally still in original packaging. Altec Lansing mini lifejacket jolt speaker was asking 25 for a 60 speakers. Offered 15$. Wow
