Brought in prescription for Tylenol for pain relief at 1:30PM. My wife had just had just had a wisdom tooth removed. They said it would take two hours to fill and they would text us when ready. Waited until 6:30PM to call pharmacy to get an update. Pharmacist (Jimmy) stated that they were trying to reach dentist because prescription was not correct. My wife asked why she was not texted or called about this is Jimmy stated that they sent her a text. We informed him that no text was received he continually insisted that one was sent out. We asked what time text was was sent, he then states let me open my computer to see what time it was sent. How would he know a text was sent if his computer was not opened up. She is continually telling she received no text. Jimmy starts to raise his voice we tell him that raising his voice is inappropriate. He did apologize saying we were calling him a liar, because we did not receive a text. My wife stated that if she had received a text she would have called her dentist. His Attitude was very unprofessional. He blamed this on there was construction going on in his department which made him irritated. She called her dentist who called the pharmacy and corrected prescription. Jimmy calls her and says the doctor has call the pharmacy and corrected prescription. She informs him she Kronos because she called him. She also informs him that if she had received a text she would have called her doctor to correct issue when they supposedly texted her. But, Jimmy's attitude was to just make her wrong. He states that her prescription is ready and that she can pick it up. Shame on you Jimmy. You were very unprofessional. CVS Pharmacy needs to offer you some retraining.

This CVS is very rude in the pharmacy department you call and ask about something and they hang up in your face they have very long lines with limited people working and they are very ignorant, the only hello I get is coming in the front door. This CVS is the last CVS I would ever go to which is why I don't go to CVS I go to Walgreens.

Spoke to a young lady by the name of Melova (I believe that's what she said). This lady was very rude and nasty! I called to check the status of my prescription and to see if the insurance would cover it. First of all her tone and demeanor was very much as if I was bothering her. There was very poor phone presence and professionalism. She was NOT thorough in her explanation and didn't care if I understood her or not! I was rushed to say the least!!! I stayed polite and kept a calm demeanor! I even told her to have a great rest of her day....CLICK (hung up) was all I received in return. Sad people will come to work, treating paying customers this way. If customer service isn't your "thing" that's ok. Perhaps you should find a better fit as far as your career! It's never ok to treat kind, polite, generous customers the way I was treated.
