My experience at this pharmacy has been the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. They are loud and rude. They prefer to ignore you when go to the consultation line. The lady who appears to be a Muslim is loud and yells your personal information for others to hear. They will make customers wait while they look up personal information. They staff they had about 3-4 years ago were professional and respectful. They joke and laugh out loud while handling and preparing medication. They think it is funny when you complain about something they did not do. If you can avoid this pharmacy please do it. My mad experiences occurred on 5/9/24 and 5/13/24. I will definitely be contacting the BBB about the unprofessional people working in this environment while handling medicine. This is a serious job. I plan to video record my next visit there.

This pharmacy SUCKS!! I was placed on hold for 17 minutes to wait to ask a withstood took the guy 1 second to answer. Sad!! I wish it would let me rate zero stars. This is not the first time receiving poor service. A shame

Worst pharmacy in calumet city area, I had to switch my whole entire insurance from Aetna to United just to go to Walgreens, across the street .
They pharmacy needs to be reported EVERYDAY!
They have no sense of urgency, no customer service etiquette , poor phone service, rather the line is long or not and they are RUDE .
Why are they still in business ?

Tijana was our cashier for today and she was very helpful and had great customer service, we had a question on a sale price and she happily helped us. Hard to find happy young workers now a days. So it’s great when you receive a worker with a good attitude AND good customer service !

Whyyyyyyyyyy? Why have I been on hold now for a damn hour?! They don't have that many customers at this time. How do I know because it's time that the students get out of school a their line isn't that damn long. They sent my meds to somewhere that I have never heard of. Haven't refilled anything . I'm def going to report them to whom ever I have to because this is just stupid at this point. I don't get a medical card so I am paying a hefty amount out of pocket to have an head ache. It's kids running this pharmacy I'm convinced. When they pick up the phone it's a quick hold please an here we are me frustrated a pissed off for no reason . I rather have my meds sent to the moon atleast i know where they are .

Take your pharmacy needs elsewhere. No notifications in app of when prescriptions are ready, no notifications that their out of stock on meds unless you call and ask and that’s if you can get through on the line without waiting for a long time. Still haven’t gotten my meds after a week. Worst decision ever was choosing CVS.

Employees work with high levels of stress unfortunately the customers have to suffer from long waits. I was put on hold for 45 minutes they never returned back and I hung up. It's so sad how this trend continues throughout the whole CVS network for several years.

The pharmacy department could not help me w the questions I had and things I was looking for. I ended up going to Walgreens across the way and found help and the product I was looking for. I'm never going back to that establishment

They have really gone down 10mins in drive thu line, then another 10mins at the window. tech walked back and forwarded like we weren't there, plus a car had just pulled off. They need help. Need more techs ASAP! Come CVS you need to do better

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever seen. I dread that I have to go here. They literally didn’t fill two of the three prescriptions. They didn’t tell me so I saw when I got home and didn’t bother telling me my other one was out of stock. At least the app was more competent than the people and let me know. So now I’m two days with out my medication because this pharmacy sucks. Tried to call and let them know. Been on hold for 20 minutes.
