Very unprofessional service at this establishment. An elder Caucasian lady that was working window service was making fun of customer’s account, including the old African bald man with another customer. No discretion or professionalism. Teller #9 BC#24377.

For a bank it ranks with all other banks.The people are friendly.It would be better if all the money in it was mine.Really the people there really know there jobs and could help with all your needs.A great institution

4 of 6 employees on duty with NO MASKS, INCLUDING THE MANAGER. HOW CAN YOU EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO WEAR A MASK AND THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT. WEARING A MADK UNDER YOUR CHIN IS NOT WEARING A MASK. THERE IS A PANDEMIC GOING ON.

Absolutely awful! They asked me to send in my card and id to make the transaction faster instead of filing out a checking deposit form. Then they turned around and sent me all cash and was confused as to why I didn’t send in a checking deposit form although I asked for one. Literally sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Next time I’ll just go to the one in South Holland
