I bought a "boy bait" lipgloss that does not want to come out of the tube. I had it for over a week and a half now. My receipt was thrown out. What could go wrong with lip gloss? I've tried to use the brush over and over. I called the store and was told without a receipt, nothing can be done. This round, my time and money was wasted. Ladies check your glosses before you leave the store. With prices going up and good caring customer service at a decline, I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone. So thanks MAC and yes, I am a rewards member which means all my products purchased should already be in your system.

This is not my 1st choice for Macy's but whenever I want to check out what Express has in this mall I stop here. Macy's always has great customer service at the perfume/Cologne counter, Clinique, clothing departments but Mac Cosmetics ALWAYS has the worst Customer Service. I LOVE Mac but I honestly rather order online because these ladies look mad all the time like you are bothering them. I don't like feeling bad for asking these ladies to unlock the drawers and give me what I want to buy. As for makeup they are not very knowledgeable. The lady at the register wearing a hat while at work look silly and not professional. Bad attitude and took her time doing things. I just really had to take my business to Ulta instead. Please retrain this lady, she thinks to much of herself, NOT cool at all. ??

Horrible customer service . The women who I have dealt with are snobs, they act as though they don't want to help you and when you ask a question they seem very bothered. I much prefer the Mac on state st. However this location is closer to my home.

They have this Mac in a depressing corner of macys right by one of the doors. Like its not important. Also went there yesterday and they had one worker there who was rude and slow, her makeup looked terrible, so its likes like they just hire anybody with no experience. Never offered to help me so i left. Will not be returning to this mac again.

The Mac team at River Oaks!! When ever I need my make-up done right I go to Kim or Devin they have me beat to the GODS while still looking natural. I love how they take their time and do it right. Do not sleep on the River Oaks team, the ladies are wonderful. I want to give a personal shout out to KIM I looked amazing on Halloween, thank to her magic hands!!!
