I was looking for somewhere to check out and the associate called me over to where she was to ring me up. I appreciated I did not have to walk around looking to checkout. I also called the Mac counter. She had my items at the register. Gina was friendly, patient, and helpful. I haven't had good customer service like that in a while. I was in and out!

Terrible service in the perfumery area, I bought a perfume and the girl Michelle was not at all pleasant, serious and even despotic. She didn't even put together the perfume case, the thing she has to do is her work. She gave us the box with the paper, ribbon, and we could do it ourselves. It is not the first time I have bought perfumes there and they have always treated me well, they even put together the kit like they have it in the cupboard.

I'm done with Macy's. Went to exchange an item that I've had since Aug just for a bigger size,(THE SAME ITEM) they tell me it's past the 31 days so unfortunately they can't exchange or refund. Well yall lost my money ?

I like Macy's they have very nice clothes. But I can only look the prices are way to high for my budget. Unless it on sale. But the store personnel were very nice.
