I am impressed not only by the quality of the filet mignon steaks but also the customer service of Linz Meats. A gift order was sent and I had been informed of what was to come and realized I had no freezer room for it and they let me change my order! Nice not to have to deal with a corporation.

We Got the USDA Prime fillets for Christmas and had a couple of them tonight! Hands down the best we’ve ever had! Highly recommend!!!
