She was personable, engaging, and gave alot of advice for finding cases, screen protectors, etc. for phones that are newly released. We had to be there for over an hour for the services but it didn't feel like it.”

D'iyress Quinton,Quida and Josilyn worked tirelessly and efficiently to satisfy us with our phone selections. Even when we came back to upgrade and change phones, they went to the limits to make us happy. They were EXTREMELY patient with us making sure we understood info re: new phones and how to use them. Never have had more outstanding service at Verizon before. Kudos to this entire group!!”
