This place used to be good after over ten years of being a customer….The last few times….have not been very good experiences. I writing this review as a plea to Sam’s club to figure out better customer service. The wait times are awful whether inside or curb side….it’s like where is my order? After over 45 mins of waiting? I had to physically get out of my vehicle and ask what happen to my order…..otherwise I’d been still sitting waiting…. Hire more help if the orders are too much as I understand we are only human and things happen but this should not happen to anyone. Thank you

They have improved the exit flow much better and they have 2 employees each side. got in to get things what I need and got out quick - about 20 minutes to shop

Most of the time when I go to this location and I go to the Café more than one thing is out of stock. To day I went in to get a to get a slice of pizza and a drink, I went in at around 4pm and they didn’t have pizza nor did have lids for the drinks.
On more than one occasion I’ve had the same issue at this location. When I visit other locations I’ve never have this issue. Also the Condiment Station isn’t the most sanitary.
Last but certainly not least, I have purchased a drink on a few different occasions and the drinks were either flat or watered down. Not to mention the terrible customer service

I was so disappointed today at Sams today. When I arrived I immediately text the number slot I parked in for pickup. After 45 mins and several cars that pulled up after me was served right away. I had to call the Sams Employee over to my car after several attempts yelling "Excuse Me".
Once the Employee came over I told her I had been waiting for over 30 mins. She tried to tell me I typed the the wrong number slot. I looked on my phone and the number I texted was the number of the slot I was parked in.
Even after she acknowledged me, it still took another 15 mins to get my items. What is the purpose of paying an extra 4.00, text when we arrive and still have to wait 15 mins or more minutes? They have to do better.

I was waiting literally 30 minutes in the pick up section because no one wanted to bring me my delivery because it was heavy! I had to go inside and inquire about it, and everybody was looking at me stupid, but there was a young man who finally decided to bring it to my car!

This is a real bad café not just bad. Every time I go I can’t have a whole pepperoni pizza ?♀️ why I try going at different times like today I was there at 1 pm and no whole pizza no Ice cream. I don’t even know why they made a new cafe sitting area. the employees are really rude and when they say no whole pizza they say it
In a way that you can’t even say anything. I use to be able to buy 3 pizzas and there was berry Sunday every single time. I pay 110.00 dollars for my membership and can’t even get one whole pizza. I tray going at 12 noon at 1 pm at 3 pm at 5 pm buy it doesn’t make a difference there is never berry sunday and no whole pizzas. This is been happening for years now. Sometimes I don’t even go there at all cuz I know it will be the same I just Can get use to it I was it was like before?? I’m still waiting for a miracle. A mother of 5

Came to the store, finished my shopping, and went to the cafe stand to buy hot food. While waiting in line I see an employee working to sell the food but his pants are hanging so low, that I see his underwear. I left out of that line ! I don’t want food served to me with a guy who has his jewels close to my pizza !

The gas pump was out and there was no cone or anything to symbol that the gas pump was broken.I went at a non busy time and I ended up waiting 1 hour to use the gas pump while everyone else in other lanes passed me up. I wasted so much gas sitting in the gas line because there was no indicator that a gas pump was broken. I would have started out in an empty lane had I known that gas pump was broken. But because of the set up I was not able to back out of the parking lane and drive to a new lane. It would have been really helpful if there was an indicator that the stupid gas pump was broken or a person to control traffic. I only have a sams membership for the gas, if the gas pumps aren’t working properly then I’m probably gonna have to cancel the membership.

Called to check on chlorine tabs. Person on the phone was extremely rude and said she didn't know if any were in stock. When I asked if she would check she said no. I went there to check and they had plenty.

False advertising! The last 12 trips I've tried to get a pizza pretzel at the food court, they never have them and won't make them, doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week. Maybe take it off the screen in the back too so I don't drive over trying to purchase something you keep advertising. Like seriously, a lost leader is something you actually have to sell, not just pretend to sell in an effort to see how many times you can lie to someone!
