I had a terrible experience with this location in August of 2023. I ordered back to school clothes for my nephew online, and I went to pick up at this location. The young lady who assisted me with my order, was very nice, she went to get my order from the back of the store, and when she returned, it was in a very big box. This location is inside of River Oaks Mall, so I was not able to walk around with a large box at the time. I politely asked the associate who assisted me if she could take the items out of the box and put them in a bag so I can carry them through the mall, the young lady said yes, but was stopped by her manager, Deja, and Deja gave me a bag and stated “We are not responsible for online orders once a customer pick them up” That was the worst customer service I ever experienced with this store, especially after spending over $300, and I had to bag my own items. The manager, Deja was rude and there were not a lot of customers in the store for her to tend to. Deja need to learn how to be a manager because she clearly lack that skill.

I Love the Children's Place, but ine thing I don't like is, NO JUNETEENTH CLOTHING......I went in to get a JUNETEENTH Shirt or clothing and the young lady said we dnt see that here,....I was shocked.....I shop at Children's Place all the time but when I saw that I was not happy......I don't think I will continue to shop at Children Place if you can't support the celebration of JUNETEENTH......They Largely support The 4th of July Clothing but Never Celebrate JUNETEENTH, This is not right.

Over the weekend I decided to return and pick up an online order. Upon arriving I noticed that the doors were closed and locked at 7:30. The store website states that they are open until 8pm. As I stood at the door they pretended not to see me. I then knocked and they mouthed that they were closed. Bad customer service and rude associates.

Me and my wife are purchasing school Uniforms for my daughter over a month ago and we still have not received her uniforms we are very displeased very unhappy every time we call customer service they give us the runaround and if I could give zero stars I absolutely would, I’m not happy With the fact that I have to give them a one star rating, The children’s place is very unprofessional and I will never use them again and me and my wife will be canceling our children’s place cards that we have with the company the children’s place is a terrible company to order clothes from online

Went into this store today to pick up 4 shirts for the price I seen online. I left paying What the store said I had to pay. 20 minutes later I found out I could have paid online and picked up in the store. Not once did the associate try to tell me that I had this option. She was rude and uncooperative. I will not be returning to this location.

Great Small children's clothes. Nice designs and prices. The only issues is they are slow when it comes to checking you out. I can see them having lines during the Holiday season. Yet, their lines are always backed up every time I go. Not sure why they are so slow.

Horrible customer service. The staff will ignore you when you come into the establishment and then stalk you like your getting ready to take off with a stack of clothes at any moment. Also the two "sales associates" who where less than helpful were asking each other in hushed voices, why is she wearing that scarf. I'm not a cancer patient but if I was,I'd sue. Just plain disrespectful. I could go on but I wont.
