I come here to cash money order and they always say they don't have money very nasty and rude third time asking to cash money order made to myself only 1 hundred dollars and they don't have it mind you it's 4 pm in the evening well I went to Holland post office in the am 10 am to be exact cashed my money order with no problems!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Yolanda Blackwell concerning a rather unpleasant situation with my mail hold. She apologized several times for the mistake/confusion and went above and beyond in assisting and assuring me that things would be corrected. She had such a warm caring personality while exuding a professional demeanor as well. I left feeling confident that she was handling my situation and would get a satisfactory outcome...thanks again Yolanda for everything!

I’m new to Calumet City and been experiencing Mail missing I have the inform delivery app and before moving to this place I have always received what was on the app the day it appeared on the app. I caught the mail man drinking Tito‘s vodka on the clock when I called to speak with the postmaster I believe her name was Nicole or Keisha either way completely unprofessional and wouldn’t let me speak with the postmaster. My mail on the app for this Saturday is still not here from Wisconsin . I’m hoping that they find like minded individuals who care about their community and their jobs. There needs to be a drastic change at this Ring st post office starting with Pink slips and real Disciplinary Actions. Not just I will watch for a week or two to see if he’s going to decide to deliver the mail to the mailbox when he feels like it…..

I PUT N A CHANGE OF ADDRESS MONTHS AGO WENT ONLINE PAID FOR IT WAITED A WHILE NO MAIL TO MY NEW ADDRESS I BEEN CALLING GOING TO THE POST OFFICE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER STILL NOTHING HAD ANOTHER CHANGE OF ADDRESS PUT N STILL NO MAIL TO MY NEW ADDRESS WITH A YELLOW STICKER NOW I GOT ALL KIND OF LOST MAIL SUM STILL GOING TO THE OLD ADDRESS BUT STILL NUN TO MY NÉW HOUSE THIS HAS GOTTA BEYOND FRUSTRATING
