I'm not sure why they are 24 hours. When they have no regard for their customers. I had a very important question, that urgently needed answering. And when I say they never answered their phone kept letting it ring for long periods of time then picking it up and placing it back on hold for way too long to be in the health care business in charge of the People's medication and lives. SHAME ON ALL OF YALL‼️ THIS IS SO RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE. Smh YOU COULD HAVE PICKED UP AND ASKED ME TO HOLD AT THE VERY LEAST.. SMH I PRAY THE PHARMACY STAFF HERE DON'T EVER NEED ANYONE'S HELP??? 20 MINUTES ON THE LINE NEVER AN ANSWER ?

I checked Walgreens website for the status of my prescription and found it was cancelled. I have no idea why staff cancelled my prescription. I had to call to get it back in their system. SMH! I got no explanation as to why it was cancelled. Absolute Incompetence!

Had to find the nearest 24 Walgreens near NWI tonight. And this was the nearest location. The store was fully stocked. The cashier was super nice.

Don't bother calling the pharmacy. Was on hold for the pharmacist for over 1 HOUR. If this is a 24 hr pharmacy they must take a sleep break for several hours. Don't shop here!

I have been on hold waiting to speak with someone for over 20 minutes no one is answering call music plays then phone rings the hangs up and its 11:21 pm. This is shameful these people are getting paid to be incompetent.

Just close this dump! This pharmacy absolutely blows! So ignorant and rude. No professionalism at all. The district manager needs to be evaluated because what kind of place are they running there?! Just close down this embarrassing establishment. Calumet city for ya!

This is crazy why its so hard to pick up prescriptions. People is been waiting over an hour to pick them up I had 5 in front of me 2 already left the line very frustrate since they were waiting for so long. I called to ask for managment and they didn't put him/her online ? instead she ask me for my name and birthdate to speak with him/she. Her excuse they all been filling prescriptions. And if I don't like it I can return another day. I told her I'll see her soon. If you don't like your job and Learn to be more professional then it's time for you to leave. Don't give me attitude I was not rude what so ever and At the end she didn't pass management. I'll locate corporate Thank you.

The pharmacist on duty was very kind & helped me get my medicine even though the pharmacy drive thru was closed!! I was having a very bad spasm attack in my right arm,& I couldn't use my cane to come into the store!!!,GOD BLESS HER!!??

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The pharmacy department has the most incompetent staff I have dealt with in a long time. For the past 6-8 months I have continuously dealt with receiving the wrong order and/or my prescriptions not being ready when promised. I have had to take MULTIPLE trips to the store to finally receive my prescription or even be told they don’t have them. With how much giggling and gossip going on behind the counter, you would think that people’s prescription were filled correctly and on time. Whole department needs to be retrained. At this point revoke the whole staffs license. Awful

worse Walgreens in the city. they are very nasty and rude and corporate needs to start popping up in them because they are never staffed and unprofessional. you order online for curbside and they never bring out your items then they tell you that they don't come out at night. well I have been sitting since 5:48 and no one came out. when I called she was combative and nasty. this store needs to be shut down or need new management. never spending my money there again. gave it 1 star because I had to.

They need to fire the WHOLE STAFF and start over with people who actually come to work to do their job! They got 20 teenagers with nasty attitudes and no hair acting like the customers are in a soup line begging! It’s Walgreens policy to call “IC3” when there are more than 3 customers. It is about 15 ppl maybe more in the line right now with several workers walking past texting, cracking jokes and not helping! And please don’t get me started on the pharmacist, I’m convinced they got they license from the cereal box
