We bought a dryer today and they didn't honor the agreement we paid for installment and they put the dryer in and didn't hook it up we had to hook it up ourselves that's not any customer service at all he doesn't have to worry about us purchasing anything else or us telling anyone else about his business he's a slum owner ? ?

I was at home when 2 store workers delivered my wife's Washer. They were very professional and Personable. Before they removed the old washer from our basement utility room, they adjusted the downstairs screen door to make it more easier to remove the old washer and add the new washer through the doorway. Once they completed their work they put the screen door back in place.
They were quick and efficient when doing their work. I was extremely pleased with my wife's purchase, and the promptness of the one day delivery service. I highly recommend others to shop at 5 Star Appliance. You will be quite pleased with your selections and their delivery services.

Buyer Beware ..This store gives a 2 month warranty and as soon as my warranty was up on the washer, the washer went out. I paid 125.00 to have it fixed and it broke down a month after that. He is stealing appliances that he knows will not last after warranty. He is not willing to help his customers in any way. Terrible place to purchase anything!

My wife and I were looking for used dryer we decided on five-star appliances, and we wasn’t disappointed. The dryer has performed outstandingly. Great customer service, and the delivery team was outstanding couldn’t ask for nothing more. I recommend five star appliances. You won’t be disappointed.
