I am new to Chicago so I struggled with finding the right nail tech to become a regular! I only had one person in my hometown I was comfortable with working on my nails. I ran into this lady while out running errands and was amazed by her nails. I’m a nail fanatic, so that’s one thing I keep up with and take seriously! She sent me to Ethan and I instantly booked!Luckily it was time for a fill. Before going to him I hated my nails so much! They were crooked and ugly! I sent him a picture and went in the next day. He snapped!!! He executed the design perfectly. He works fast! My nails still came out neat and exactly what I wanted! The shaping was perfect as well! They operate under a very clean and welcoming environment. He was multi tasking between myself and another client but he did it so effortlessly! The other staff all welcomed me and interacted with me. Everyone who came and left while I was there were regulars and you can tell it felt more like a family! I’m so happy I finally found a nail shop I can call home!

So amazed the tech did what I asked her to do and not what she wanted to do. She actually listened especially with my own nails being long and I take pride in there. I really wanna thank her for that I will return soon thanks guys.

Worst shop I been two in the south suburbs they give u a time have there still waiting all while taking people who came in after you while still telling you one minute and then Ethan do not do your nails the same size he so unprofessional I will never go back and I tried time and time again to give them a shot but today was the last straw I recommend no one goes there u less u have all day to wait they say they open at 10 Ethan never there before 10:30 and then still don’t go in order he takes who he knows

The wait time on a Friday afternoon was HORRIBLE. There were no crowds(4 people)…I arrived at 3 and nobody said a damn word to me for at least 15 minutes (I didnt have time to find another shop as I was just visiting). I sat with feet in water (they came& added hot 3 times)….never again.

I love them I've been coming since I was a little girl about 14-15 years old. I love Nancy, Ethan they may go to people. The energy in there is always up to or there's usual good conversation, or the TV will be on, any style or photo I show them they can do perfectly. I usually get a gel full set mani pedi with eyebrows and it's affordable. I highly recommend them. As long as you're not rude or disrespectful, they're very sweet and they do amazing. I'll always come here

I got my nails done here last week Wednesday. My thumb nail broke in half, and the other chipped. I come in to get it fixed and whoever this lady was tried to get me to do "just glitter". And called me a "nice lady" , to persuade me to not get my comic nails fixed. When I stated I wanted them to look just like the others is when her eyesight took a turn for the worst. It was clear as day, but she decided to be a j*** and do what the pics show.
