Walked in, absolutely NO ONE getting their nails or feet done. Place is EMPTY. My daughter asked the owner (Peter who sits in chair 1 by the front door) could he do her nails. He proceeded to tell a CHILD (regardless of how old she looks) “I’m not doing your nails someone else can”. My daughter turned around and walked out. When I called the nail salon, the owner hung up in my face. DO NOT SPEND YOUR BLACK DOLLARS HERE. THEY ARE DISGUSTINGLY RUDE TO BLACK WOMEN!

The guy that sits at chair #1 as soon as you walk in the door is very very rude. You are the first one in when they open, ask for him specifically and then he starts on someone else’s nails. He never acknowledges your presence. It’s really sad because he’s the only one that acts this way. What’s the point in signing the book if you’re going to let your favorites skip the line and leave people sitting there for hours?

I visited Lee nails on may 11th for a gel manicure and eyebrows . I didn’t get my eyebrows done because they kept taking other people before me. The polish chipped within two days, which is unacceptable for a gel manicure. The salon itself was also not very clean. While the prices were high, the quality of the service was very poor. I would recommend that the salon invest in better quality products and provide more thorough training to its technicians. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this salon. I also got here as soon as they opened and i still wasn’t serviced

I came to this nail salon for a fill in french manicure $55 dollars for that is insane and nails look totally dull and when you temp to say something they take on as such with a attitude.... I use to like this place over the year's since I stayed in the area but the more and more you come it's different prices it's getting outta hand !!! I'm done I won't be back.....When you spend your money you want the up most of quality 🤨 And I Did look at that price $ 35 for a fill in and these my regular nails which is short !!!!

They do great work but always make sure you tell them to wash the utensils and put alcohol or sanitizer you may get fungus.

Cost to much rude service they talk in Chinese just to insult you I used my translator to listen to them rude I don't know what the language was all I have to do is push the translation button on your phone to under stand you staff is rude you get it right boo boo

STAY AWAY!!! Do not go here. I asked for a pedicure. Apparently that means just wash your feet and polish!! Absolutely terrible. And on top of that, they do not listen to what the client wants!! I wanted round and she just made them square!!! They are extremely rude and IGNORANT!!!!. And they try to use not knowing English well and ack STUPID!! Stay AWAY!! I wish I could give ZERO stars!

1wk ago today on my bday decided to pamper myself as I haven't been to a nail shop in over 5 months due to a bad car accident. I considered this location as a referral from a beauty supply worker who unfortunately was not available when I called to get the exact tech she had seen. So as I walked thru the door of the shop I saw someone waiting who luckily looked like she had just finished her nails , so I asked who did she see and who she considered the best tech. She said Peter, then Johnny but Peter had someone already so I decided Johnny would be ok. I asked what service she had ie acrylic , gel , ?? She said powder so I figured I better get the same to achieve the same look . Playing it safe I stated short , plain white nails with maybe one nail decorated on each hand with silver or gold glitter. He asked did I like rhinestones and I responded yes., as I recalled the young lady at beauty supply had a short nail with rhinestones trimmed along edge like a French . Well I received nails on each hand decorated with a shape of rhinestones that I did not particularly like, one fully silver glitter nail on each hand , with two rhinestones at the cuticle of the remaining nails. I then head back for my pedicure . Again I stated simple girl , white toes would be fine. He asked if he could put silver glitter on top and I find out why. The white on my toes is chalky white , while the supposed white on my hands is actually more off white or beige... it doesn't match!! But I'm still loving on me and get eyebrows done. This was actually the service I had no problems with. Get to the register and find my bill to be $175 , wow?!?! What the heck did I get ? A full set of what I thought was powder with a gel coat, the lowest pedi and eye brow arch .. oh i guess I got mega charged for these rhinestones that I don't even like. I tip anyway Cause I know what it's like to work in service industry . Well the very next day, rhinestones begin to come off and continue to do so daily , but I'm not house cleaning, I'm enjoying my bday weekend. Then I notice my middle finger right hand feels loose on side , only to have the whole nail come off exactly one week later!! I go back to shop , mention my issue and my tech is not in and they said if I get nail replaced I would be charged or I could wait until tomorrow to see if he will Do n/c. Wow- and this is why I stopped spending my money with shops like these. $186 wasted and they can't replace 1 freaking nail at n/c !!! #feelinghurt #$wasted

Peter is good they need more nail techs. The wait to get your nails done is 2 to 3 hours if you go on Friday or Saturday. They are closed on Sunday.

Have been coming here for years but my last visit which was a couple days ago will be the last. I got a fill two weeks ago..less than i week after one of my nails broke i went back to get it fixed which i had to wait almost 2 hrs for one broken nail. It’s been 4 days n here i am taking off all my nails because after i just got one nail fixed another one broke. I’m over the long waits just to be serviced. I’m usually patient and would just leave and come back some other day. But it’s getting out of hand , it ridiculous! Then if u speak up about them putting someone before u that came after you or if u speak up about how they service you they get an attitude with you. The work is okay barely decent bt it’s not worth it anymore. These people don’t care about us they just want our money and treat us any kind of way.

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend coming here if you don’t have any baby sitter . Twin ask me did I have a babysitter which is very sad. Because he not suppose to deny me service . Due to me having my child with me .

I loved this nail shop..key word loved until today…I’m a regular there and normally only let Peter do my nails he is awesome and still awesome! But those other ones are ridiculous… a new male tech who claims he just returned did my set and the acrylic came off like a press on..I went to get it fixed waited an hour and when I bring him the nail and said it was barley any acrylic he rudely insisted it was my fault and tried to charge me more than the price to fix it that is clearly posted…me trying to be respectful, because again I love this shop I tried to keep calm but he kept cutting me off everytime I would say “I asked you for more acrylic” then reverted to saying it wasn’t his fault he just did a fill in it was the person who did my nails before it was an old set. I reminded him that I got a fill in on a set that was only a week old and a color change so that was not a “old set” I asked him so are you saying it’s Peter fault that my acrylic refused to stay on my nail? Because he is the last person who did my nails like you just said. He then stopped answering my questions and said “I’m done you broke you nail off if it was my fault all your nails would be off”..I said “I asked you to specifically put more acrylic on this nail because it looked very thin”.CHOLE then rudely stepped in and said “ok shut up I heard enough” then told me i came in to get a free set and could not afford to get my nail fixed she does not have to deal with my attitude and insisted I leave immediately….clearly the male tech was completely untrained and refused to admit his mistake…(also would like to remind you that I did not have an issue with paying to get my nail fixed this male tech decided to charge me more than the posted price) (chole confirmed the posted price then once I said the price he stated she agreed with his price)… also chime has been known to change proves based on how she is feeling ….I only gave two stars based on how I was treated today
