“Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!”

“I came in for a last minute print job for obituaries for my father. Even though I paid the price for a rush job it was well worth it. They took me right in got my information and had them printed and ready within 3hrs. I will definitely use them again for all my printing needs.”
“I needed a label to be printed for my package that needed to be sent by today. Their printer was down, and despite how busy their store was getting near closing time, they still were able to handle all the customers after me and get in contact with their printers service provider to get that fixed so that I could ship my package. They even stayed after hours just to ensure I was taken care of. Best service I’ve ever had at a UPS store!”

“Our business has had a mailbox at Chicago Lockbox for a few years. One location to drop off and collect mail/shipments as well as buy a box, envelope, etc is a great time saver. They also have a fax machine (for sending IRS documents, etc). Copy and notary services are a great bonus. I love this place.”

This is always a good, reliable, convenient store but I had a horrific Amazon return involving 84 boxes & a messed up Amazon return process yet KELLY made it happen with minimal expense. “This Larry Sargis, I'm one of the owners of Andrews Printing. Wow, I would like to clarify the negative review from Mrs. McGee.No one here would ever say so rudely "you cant afford it". How do we know, she may be a billionaire. What we sometimes let folks know is that the type of printing they are in need of is not a good fit for us, we may not have the best equipment for a particular project. I don't want to print something they could go to Office Max or Fed-X Kinkos and buy for substantially less. This information has been very well received until now. I'm very sorry that it was interpreted in a negative way.As far as Mr. McGee's review, I cannot find any records of him doing business with us. Mr. McGee if we did, please come in with your receipt. It has been a pleasure to receive such beautiful well thought out designs. I have never been let down by the impressive work done in honor of my loved ones who has passed. I love it here. I travel all the way here because the location near my house (south holland) will charge you for breathing. They charge for everything and are not helpful. Glenwood location is the best!”
