“I absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and affordable towing! Migual was very nice, he helped me in the pouring rain when my engine blew. Most tow trucks take about 2-3 hours at night while raining, JM towing was there in 25 minutes or less. I used them the following day to tow my car to an autoshop, it was same amazing service!!! Also I could not go with the driver to drop my car off because I had class, they were still able to tow it for me and drop the car off safely. 10/10!!!”

“Great experience with new manager in Oak Forest. Young man immediately pointed out that my problem may not have been my battery which I wanted replaced. He had his mechanic check and it was the Altenator that needed replacement. I can think of several places that would have replaced my battery and I would have to replace the alternator at a later date. He was very courteous and I will continue getting service as well as recommending Milex to my friends.”

“I was referred to Custom 77 by my insurance broker, who takes his cars there for bodywork when needed. He explained to me that the Body Specialists there are trained from within and not outside hired, which being a business owner myself I know what a big difference properly trained personnel makes. The owner runs the shop and his daughter manages the front office and they both made me feel comfortable and especially confident leaving my new 2024' Buick Encore GX with only 20,000 miles on it in their hands. They made the whole experience go smoothly and handled all the insurance company's queries. They even helped with the car rental. They replaced and painted my entire front bumper and grill assembly. All the gaps are perfect and the paint couldn't have matched any better!!!”

“I came to Stanfa to have my breaks look at. I heard loud scrapping coming from my back breaks. When I arrived I interacted with Craig who was wonderful. After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. I of course went with their suggestion and the cost was very reasonable considering what all needed to be done to my rear brakes, drums, rotors. I was very happy with the service and the staff and will be going back for any future service.”

They also offered competitive and honest prices. They came highly recommended on the Mt. Greenwood community page, and it's obvious as to why. “I went to them, because I found out they accept my extended car warranty & had I known the service was going to be no fuss, friendly, fast & easy, i would've went to them in the beginning, instead of pep boys in bedford Park, who never serviced my vehicle correctly. I had just had a really bad experience at pep boys & was bilked out over $700 for parts that weren't the entire issue & had hot air still blowing through the A/C. Even though i was billed & my vehicle report on car fax listed their claim repair was an air conditioning issue, put in a fan & thermostat, when i returned, they said they didnt perform an a/c diagnostic, but said i could (another $100). So i walked out & walked into Firestone on pulaski the next day. They said it was a condenser leak & needed replacement. My extended warranty has them listed as part of their fleet & so I was able to get the part & have it installed the very next day after the diagnostic. Within 3 hrs , my a/c was running like a freezer. I was & still am so happy. So if your ever in a jam like i was, or just need a routine oil change or anything done to your vehicle, come here for all your car needs. You won't be disappointed. Freddy, you rock! Thank you for your help & getting my a/c working again.”
